and the passion behind food-centric endeavors. 

When I am not dining out, you could find me writing, cooking, or teaching as a Writing professor at School of Visual Arts in New York City.

In November 2025, I'll launch Sensoriyum a multi-faceted culinary event series hosted by me but driven by chefs.
