Cancellation Policy
1. Ticketing & Entry Tickets are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation by the Host. Tickets may not be resold or transferred without prior written approval. All guests must be 21 or older to consume alcohol. ID may be required at check-in. Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase trip insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances (illness, travel disruption, personal emergencies, etc.), as refunds will not be issued by the Host. 2. Liability & Assumption of Risk Guests attend the Event at their own risk. The Host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or losses that may occur before, during, or after the Event. Guests assume all risks associated with attending, including food consumption, alcohol use, and participation in any activities. 3. Alcohol Consumption Alcohol may be provided at the Event. Guests may also bring their own (BYOB). Guests are expected to drink responsibly. Disorderly or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the Event without refund. The Host is not responsible for incidents occurring offsite after alcohol consumption. 4. Food & Allergies Meals will be prepared by professional caterers. Guests are responsible for informing the Host in advance of any food allergies or dietary restrictions. The Host and caterers are not liable for allergic reactions. 5. Property Rules Guests agree to respect the property and facilities. Any damage caused by a Guest may result in financial liability. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. 6. Photography & Media By attending, Guests consent to being photographed or recorded, and such media may be used for promotional purposes. Guests who prefer not to be photographed must notify the Host in advance. 7. Force Majeure / Cancellation The Host reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Event due to circumstances beyond control (e.g., severe weather, illness, government restrictions). In such cases, refunds or credits may be offered at the Host’s discretion. 8. Acceptance of Terms By purchasing a ticket, the Guest confirms they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
